My journey has taken me from global technology leaders, such as Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei, to fast-growing, highly specialised companies across Europe. Along the way, I have worked deeply in IT, software development, engineering, IoT and telematics, not only from a technical perspective, but from a business and sales-driven point of view. I have seen what works, what fails, and what truly enables sustainable growth in competitive markets.
ZIGY Consulting was established in Germany to bring this experience together in a focused and practical manner. I work as a trusted engineering advisor to technology-driven companies that need to scale their delivery, enter new markets or build reliable partner ecosystems. Whether it is sourcing and nearshoring engineering teams, structuring sales and partner models, or aligning technology capabilities with business goals, my role is to simplify complexity and accelerate results.
